I was in debate about which exhaust to get my 2012 for months. After hundreds of audio listening on the net I decides to choose the FRPP exhaust. Let me tell you it is the best. Probably the deepest tone for our V6. Loud but only when you step on it. My stang is a daily driver so it's fine when you are cruising just a bit louder then stock but omg when you stomp on it and open the throttle it growls and has a deep rumbling tone. Expensive exhaust though. You get what you pay for.

When I pull the trigger on exhaust, that is definitely tied for #1 with Borla.

Borla makes the FRPP, so it's practically the same as their s-type

If it were the same though, I'd get Borla for the lifetime warranty.

I've heard a bunch of of sound clips and some live. The ones I like the most for a 2012 V6 are: Borla ATAK, Roush, Magnaflow competition.

I just got my sixxer this week and I'm probably gonna go with the Roush because it sounds deeper than the Magnaflow and its cheaper than the Borla. Looks great too.

I really liked the Flowmasters on my '02 GT so I originally I wanted a Flowmaster for my '12 sixxer. But the only exhaust they make for a 2012 v6 is a Force II which isin't loud enough for my liking. I called Flowmaster and the sales agent said that they weren't gonna make anything else for the 2012 V6 which is LAME.

I got them at a local custom exhaust shop in Stafford, VA. Magnaflows (part # 11225) and custom tips. $450 includes install.
