Re: upgrade time

Headers/x pipe as they will be better then the cat back. Let that procharger breath.

Re: upgrade time

you may wish to wait on gears until your supercharger is setup, then determine if you want more low end or not

If you have the cash then do the entire exhaust from the headers on back. Other wise if you do the headers and still have a stock cat back set up, you are still restricting it alot!.. If you only have enough cash to do one or the other, then I would go with the cat back first and determine if you want long tubes or not as to wither you should replace the mid pipe now or not. And as far as gears, first determine what you really want out of your car... 4.30's bigger are great for drag racing but start to really suck on road courses, and mostly as daily drivers.

Re: upgrade time

The LT's will be the best bet. Also as mention might want to wait on gears till after the SC. Most don't like over 3.55's with a SC.

Re: upgrade time

What type of headers you get will determine what type of mid pipe you need. Shorty headers will work on your factory mid pipe for example. But you will not see that great of gains!.. Long tubes will give you the most gains but you will need to get a different mid pipe to make them fit. 3.55 and 3.73 are generally the best gears for all around performance and yet keeping it very street able.

Well I don't want long tubes I heard of the loudness they makes. So I rather not get them I only want to maybe get headers because of the supercharger and they will not let the engine flow out well

Re: upgrade time

Kicker, I hate to point this out, but so far only BBK is making headers for the 2011+ V6s and they are only making long tubes. I've been searching for other header options for the last year and haven't found anything else.
