I can only speak from the after market exhaust system on my 2011 sixer. Love my flowmasters. I think they sound great. Flowmasters sound amazing on mustangs.

In my opinion my car has a deep macho, aggressive sound with the Flowmasters. It sounds really bad a$$. Sounds amazing when you start the car up. Not loud while crusing down the road but give it go juice and it's bad a$$ sounding. Loud buy not obnoxious loud. I think it sounds as loud and aggressive as the stock v8 exhaust.

I think flowmasters would sound awesome on any stang 4.0 and all. Must have bro, I don't think you will regret. Im not sure if my true dual exhaust would make it sound louder. Must have when you can afford.

Do you just have the axle backs? Or do have other mods done to the exhaust?

Axle backs. A muffler shop installed them for like 70 bucks.

I contacted Kooks custom headers and had cat backs made for my 2011 sixer. Adds a great sound.
