Axel Back/Cat-Backs

Why do some people prefer axlebacks over cat back exhausts..? I'm thinking about getting Borla ATAK's what do you all think about those also?

I would imagine you get a slight bump in HP with the Cat. The Axle is an easy first mod that gives your stock a mean sound. Also the cat is a tad more $$$. You dont generally get any bump in HP from axlebacks. Hope this helps

Thanks! I'm planning on getting the Borla ATAK axlebacks for daily use.

Cat backs aren't necessary. I don't think you'd see much of a difference between them, if any, especially if it's just for regular street use. Save your $$ and get the axle backs.
