Nice. I think it would look cool if u added a little more red to the interior. To make it match and pop a little better. It would looks awesome

Yeah, needs a little more interior red but the knob is beautiful. Hood is really nice too but I cant help but think gloss black would look even better & match your shift knob to boot. Just a thought.

Re: Installed my new shift knob ;)

Nice shift knob! yours has a bigger stripe pattern than one I got. mine looks like the GT500 stripe...albeit..in green..LOL! Easty way to add red to that interior...a red leather stering wheel cover from wheelskins and get a dash kit.....paint it to match your car. Thats my next step on my GHG coupe.

I got a black & white wheelskins but the white rubbed off pretty quick. Ive had success with their all black & I got a black/gray hoping the gray was a dye and not a "paint", but I didnt have the car long enough to judge the color fastness on that one. So this time Im doing black w/ contrasting stitching. There is a site that sells em for like $35-40 & will switch out your choice of thread color or give you an extra. Will dig up the name if interested. The thread I got wasnt a close enough match (though red s/b fine) so I bought a dead-on grabber blue thread but it wasnt strong enough. So if anyone can tell me what Im looking for in a thread, any tips are appreciated. Also be careful not to stain the thread by pulling it through dirty hands. The wax holds the dirt and makes the thread difficult to clean. I def think a black wheelskins w/ red contrast stitch would really go well with that knob and its a cheap add. A red-striped shift boot, red-stitched eBrake and maybe red leather panels might be all youd need. Each wouldnt set you back too much individually, either. Well maybe the panels; not sure. Ill stop talking now.

wheelskinsoutlet.com
Their shipping is like $7-8 & they dont combine on multiple items. The old guy that answered when I called sounded like he was on his home phone, but he was real nice & sent me what I asked for.

be warned...gonna be a pain with the rear seat covers....have to take bottom section out (tomorrow's project) and really custom the top part due to fact that the headrests in back...dont come out...errr
