interior chrome trim

does anyone know how to pop out the chrome ac trim and the gauge cluster chrome rings?

The cluster bezel pops out, exposing the gauges still mounted in the dash. Go to this link to see a PDF with pics (this describes pulling the gauge bezel to install the Roush gauge pod in the left AC vent). You'd only be interested in step 1 of this PDF:
