Unhappy Mustang Week in SC...who's coming?

All right everyone...consider this your personal invitation to Mustang week in Myrtle Beach,SC July 16th thru the 21st. The website is Mustang Week
Check it out....love to meet all you fine folks in person.
Consider this the T minus 2 month mark and counting. Carshow will be the 20th and cruise-in the 21st. Let me know if you need any guides in the area or ideas on where to stay....as I live here full time.
Have a great rest of your weekend gang!

When would be the best days to go you think Gtzzoom? 20th - 21st? I know I can't manage an entire week off of work, so I'll have to settle.

Re: Mustang Week in SC...who's coming?

Mustang Gurl...those will be the best dates. the folks that want to get in on the autocross and the dragstrip need to be here by the 17th. I Only did the meet and greet in 2009...and have only done the dragstrip the first 2 years since they were added...to far to go and didnt know they charged by the head as we had 4 in the car...errr. So...from 2002 thru this year, it has normally been the carshow and the cruise-in.

Alright thanks for the info!! Is the cruise in for people that register only or is it kind of find a spot and park it?

Re: Mustang Week in SC...who's coming?

The cruise in...you need to be somewhere near the front of the line. You start filing in at noon...im gonna be in line before then. It is for all they have room for and no registration needed. This was the day i've told folks on facebook, mustang week, and green mustang registry...those in attendance with green and blue cars need to line up together. Time to show the black and yellow clubs that usually dominate this event that their time is getting short..LOL!

Looks great man. Wheels look much better painted black and the green calipers are just sweet. Are the wheels 18's or 19's?

What would look right with mine? Black, red, or white? I've done it before and it's just one of those little things that draw people in sometimes.

They would all look good imo. White might be different though as I've never seen that before. Would need black wheels though.

Does grey gun metal and chrome count? Wouldn't white be annoying to keep clean seeing as it'll draw dust like a napkin.

Re: Mustang Week in SC...who's coming?

White Lightning...my vote is for the RED. VHT caliper or Engine paint..both are rated for high heat...but ive been getting better results with the engine paint.

Maybe because it is designed to withstand higher heat and sludge from the road?
