It will go down lol. I went back to the 89 tune! 93 is only for days when I have a little extra to spend!

Re: MPG

You'll get best gas mileage using a street tune that improves power/torque in the lower rpms (like Bama's street tune) and short shifting at low rpms. I've heard people have good results doing it with the Mustang and it worked for my old Stratus too.

BTW, using higher octane tunes will give more mpg. It allows the cars to get more power from the same amount of fuel by advancing timing. The only way it can hurt you is if you're getting on it more cause of the increase in power, or you're calculating the mpg gains versus the $3~ extra per fill up and not seeing enough benefit.

Yes I tried the 89 s and didn't notice much of a difference the 89 performance is nice and I know that the 91 will produce more mpg due to the octane and so on....so I'm going to run all three for a bit and see which results I like the best.

Even I you drive stoplight to stoplight, I still think the performance tune is better for gas mileage. Street is more fun, but I averaged 19 there as opposed to 21 with the performance tune.

Didn't realize any appreciable gains with the 93 Hybrid tune.
