What would I use to lower it? I'm only familiar with trucks

+1 on what DDTCM is saying. Lowering it with a set of springs and some new wheels will make a huge impact on appearance. Should be the first two mods on anyones car imo.

CAI. No it doesn't help the looks of the car, but it sure does make it more fun to drive.

Use Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket to upload then just paste the IMG link here.

I had my gt500 style wing before i even took delivery of my stang, i love it!

Wheels/suspension are a huge improvement though i will upgrade them some day (once i need new tires :p )

Lowering and wheels do make a big difference but I say do the exhaust and cai...that's what most start with

Deciding which spoiler to get was a big struggle for me but once I finally chose the smaller lip one, I stopped second guessing. Your pic there has me back to doubting. Thanks.

:p at night the taillights reflect off of it!

The real first thing i did for my stang was rustproofing (doing it yearly and storing vehicle in winter) and i got a clear bra on my hood to protect from ugly stone chips, heres a pic

Everyone is so interested in stripes and scoops and spoilers. You have spent so much money for a nice car, do things that will keep it looking great for years to come. A pristine all stock stang that is in showroom condition will be much more fun to look at than a car full of rust and stone chip due to the disposable car money going to mods. Thats my opinion though, its your money

Anyways a couple more pics of the wing, alot of guys on here have it...its called 3d500 by 3d carbon. You can get a painted one from american muscle for $330. You will need to drill two extra holes to install it.

Look closely you can see the taillights reflecting at night off the wing (only pic i have of an example)

Everyone will have a different answer. I've got magnaflow and love em. Very deep down low. Kinda exotic when you punch it. But I haven't heard any other exhaust on an 11+ V6 in person so.. Borla, roush and flowmaster seem to be the other top choices. CAI is cold air intake.

Can you post a video of why the magnaflow sounds like?

Check out the "Flowmaster Exhaust" thread. I posted some videos I took of my Magnaflows. Caveat: taken with an iPhone.

If I was u I'd start with the appearance of the car first. To me it's less expensive and it'll get more attention then when u really feel like adding to the engine then do that. Just my opinion

I agree. Unless you think it's too slow right now, get used to the current performance, then add to that. There's so much you can do to these cars that you'll go broke before you truly appreciate each mod if you're not careful.

Re: What's the first things I should do to my 2011 V6 premium?

Dunno about you guys but i get compliments everywhere i go and my cars all stock besides the wing and grille. This weeekend a guy in his 40s pulled up next to me at a red and said "now thats a car" and i cant drive by kids playing ball or hockey without them cheering at me lol

Just do what you feel will make you feel happiest, sounds like you want exhaust. Although being a new car...why not get used to the stock exhaust then when you upgrade later on itll be that much more amazing

Well the 2nd option is for the 05-09 so wouldn't work. So I'd say the first choice

Are there any grilles for the 6 that incorporate fog lights? I haven't seen any.

Yeah the gt500 wing is boss and imo should be standard. Just flows so well. But I also like the the boss/cs spoiler as well as a close 2nd.
