Re: Cold air intakes ?

for the full custom look since you can get it in body color....the JLT...but a bit pricey. I got the airaid for mine. have yet to drive it with it....been working on my wheels and brakes.

I have the air raid. I've noticed increased gas mileage, better horses, and a nice sound. Took me and a friend an hour to install.

They're all good and all do basically the same thing. Don't blow your mind contemplating the physics. Get whichever one you think 1) looks the best and 2) saves you the most money because performance is the same across the board.

Just so you know, I have an Airaid and don't have any complaints...except that the installation is a *****! I highly recommend putting the rubber boot and intake tube on the throttle body first. Connect to the air box enclosure last.

Re: Cold air intakes ?

+1 on that tip domer.....
I eventually had to do that....couldnt figure how their instructions said "lower to throttle body....then attach to the airbox"...yeah right...in a perfect world!

Why don't you install ecto-plasm pipes in the back? That way if the fuzz is on your tail, you slime the road ala Spy-Hunter style!
