Haha I was freaking out! It just threw me off that on the site they have a BAMA sf3/x3 AND a SCT sf3/x3. I knew they were both the same product I was just worried if the tunes were different.

Dan, I have the tuner loaded in my cart, but can't finish up and place the order yet until you have the 2013 automatic tunes ready. Any update on when I can place my order? The only way I see to check on the site is to try to complete the order and then have to cancel out of it.

The automatic doesn't have a "skip shift" - that is only on the manual where it forces a shift pattern on you. Don't know if that is only the GT but it definitely is not the automatic.

Automatics don't have skip shift. I believe it's a gate that prevents the driver from shifting. It's not applicable for ATs.

I am still worried that my tuned Stang is running lean. I swear I hear pinging or some other crackling every now and again that doesn't sound good...even though Ford has reassured me that it's not detonation...

Ever revved it up in neutral and put it in drive, in older cars it'll lurch and go. In these they don't. I was just testing not abusing lol

If you're worried, throw some 91/2/3 octane in there and see if it goes away. If it does, you know it was pinging.

91/2/3? Sounds more complicated than just filling the tank...

Speaking of octane I've only run 87 so far but my tunes that are coming are 91 because that what I've decided to start using. Is it ok to load a 91 tune on my first tank of 91? Or should I wait a little

It will be fine to run a 91 tune on your first tank of 91, just make sure it's as close to none dry as possible when you put the 91 in

Lol. I just meant to fill the tank with whatever highest octane rating gas you can get. Here it's 93.

My recommendation would be tune intake then maybe 3.73 or 4.10 gears if you really want to feel some power with out breaking the bank and then exhaust of course
