How does AdvanceTrac work

Does the traction control AND stability control reduce MPG or only one or the other does? Not sure if I should drive with only TCS off or if I should drive with AdvanceTrac off completely for better MPG?

Second I saw a video regarding anti-roll, but obviously this is geared towards SUV's I presume.

They don't have any affect on MPG. They only activate when tire slip is detected, otherwise they are simply in the background monitoring and the car drives the same whether it is on or off.

Unless you are doing "BURN OUT"S " there is no reason to turn your TC off. The TC will only activate when it is needed. Even when activated you won't get better MPG because you will have your go pedal mashed to the floor.

Advance Trac works best in the "off" position

Or my favorite, doing doughnuts in the snow in an empty parking lot!

Donuts on snow? Not the smartest thing to do in a mustang. Bet it's fun though.

The trick is, no more than two inches of snow. Big, huge, well lit, empty parking lot. Not that I'm suggesting anyone should do such a thing...
