Is anyone going to the American Muscle Show?

I'm wondering how many Forum members are going to the Mustang show in Media Pa. on August 12th.

I'm going from Daytona Beach but going to leave here early and stay with a friend in Elkton Maryland and drive the 45 miles to Media on Show day.

It would be nice to have a few of the Forum members meet someplace and drive in together if you are registered for the show.

I was thinking about it but might be headed to a concert that day. I live in D.C. so it's not unreasonable to drive down/back.

Man, it seems like all the shows are out east. Looks like I gotta move and get out of the Chicagoland area. That'd be okay with me though.

Dgrum....youll have the other show in April 2014 in detroit, while those of us down here will go to Charlotte,NC. I've been there so many times for the foodlion autofair I could drive from the beach to the track with one I closed

We encourage big groups that would like to park together to arrive together. Spots are going to fill up very fast with 1000+ Mustangs floating around!

This years show is going to be amazing! We are going to have A Retail tent & Bama tent, 2 dynos running, a ton of vendors, AM Cars & Girls & Much more!

We hope to see you all there, you don't wanna miss this!

I'll be there, I already signed up. I'm about to call the hilton or Marriot for a reservation. I have a service dog that will be with me so I need to ask about me being welcome in one of these hotels.

Trying to get my friend to go with me to this show actually. He moved to PA a year ago and I haven't had a show buddy ever since...and he and I are both itching to go to another show. I need to hit him up and find out.

Hi Allen,
I just found the other vender site and posted there. I'm Going up from Daytona and I found a Best Western at the intersection of US 1 & Route 322 to stay. It seems like an easy drive up to the Newtown Square shopping center where the Forum members will meet up to drive in all together. I made my reservation and I'm jonesing to get on the road.

I understand they already have 800 entries signed up for this event. This is sure a lot for a one day show. It otta be a great time.

Very nice...I actually have a place already it is a B&B close by same costs as all the hotels, thought I would give it a try. Someone else from here is staying there as well.

With a AAA or AARP discount the room is $118.96 plus $10.71 tax. which is about what all of the other places wanted.

Haha! Thanks! I don't have any mufflers but yes, we'll be there!! I'm so stoked and I can't wait for August 12th!! You guys will like my friend Gary and his 2006 GT. He's got a functional ram-air style hood. And last year I got him front and rear bumpers that look like the Saleen style. Still can't believe how much he had to pay to get them painted and put on. Looks SIKK!! Not sure what the engine or exhaust have now because he had to put some stuff back stock since PA wouldn't pass his car for emissions

I live like a mile from 1 & 322. You're only about 10-15 minutes from the show going back roads. And only half a mile from Hooters! ... or so I've heard.

I'm going to the Springton point shopping center to drive in with the group. Is it going to be hard to find from where I'm staying?

I'm hoping my GPS will lead me right to it.

I'm so pumped I can hardly wait until I can hit the highway north.
The only reason Dianna Shore sang"see the USA in your Chevrolet" was because there were no MUSTANGS back in those days.

I'm headed to the show! I live in DC now, but I grew up in Broomall,PA which is like 10 seconds from DCCC where the show is! Craziness.
