Depends on the dealer. If they can blame the cause of the problem on a part you intalled it voids the warranty on that part. Tunes can void engine/transmission warranties, gears will void differential, etc. The only really safe bets are intake and exhaust.

basically most anything they want to~ most dealers are ok with cosmetics or exhaust (axle backs). Talk to them and find out, but FYI what one person says at the dealer and what really goes down can vary.

this is what my dealer sent me when I asked about installing an aftermarket exhaust, he did not say yes or no, he just sent this. Im waiting until my warranty is up just in case before I do any performance mods. |

Warranty laws in the US and Canada differ btw... I think you could argue a lot of those in the US.

Nope...got something similar from my dealer. They APPROVED the flowmaster setup...but said the muffler deleted magnaflow would void it.
So...ill just wait till the warranty is gone...then mod the **** out of this car!

LOL

LOL Stig.....you and me both gonna hop up our rides! | The magnaflow catback has the mufflers. Believe it's just the single tip comp axle-backs that don't for some reason since my quad tips do have mufflers. Odd I think :/

Reading that document made me laugh a little harder with every line. I'm pretty sure I've modified almost all of the listed items and couldn't be happier

Axlebacks are about all you can do "performance" wise.
Intake? They'll say you ran too lean.
Tune? They'll say you ran outside factory specs.
Gears? They'll say you put too much stress on the transmission.
Turbo/SC? Heh...
