As mine is the boss 302 as a DD. but as I'm learning about the FI it has. Maybe a gt would be better. I'll give the 6 to my wife provided I get married and sell her car as long as its not as bad *** as the stang. Its half way smart lol

Re: Who plans on keeping it forever?

I had thought I would keep my GT forever... until it got backed into, dinged in the parking lot (it was "raining"), keyed, etc. Eventually broke me down and now it's hard just to look at the car. Eventually I'd like to get a new(ish) Cobra/GT500 and make it a garage queen.

I'm only 23 and already have knee pains from agressive rollerblading, the clutch is actually light enough that I don't have any issues...yet. But my other ride is an auto and its nice giving my left knee a rest, and it does take much less effort for the gas..but being an SUV i sit higher so the angle my right knee lays actually bothers me after a long drive where the problem is not there in the stang since your legs pretty much lay flat out...its so WEIRD!! lol

Post up pics of the fiesta asap buddy

Is it that weird green color fiesta??

I know what you mean stig. Your legs lay flatter and your ankles are up more. Kinda like a standing position. The vehicle I learned on was a z71 4x4. It was a big difference from auto to manual and the leg position. My clutch was stiff. Then again these are newer cars.

Haha gtzzoom! Building a fleet!! Post up some pics!!!

And I plan on keeping her forever. Especially since I have put so much money into my stang. And I have a second car that I can use as a dd. I hate the idea of buying a new one and having to start ALL over again modding and painting.

Re: Who plans on keeping it forever?

Nah....too much green...the gang at the fire station talked me out of it...besides...couldnt find the green the way I wanted. The blue was just up the road in Wilmington...and had been sitting since january. Nobody up there wanted manual transmission....knocked 150 off the price just so I wouldnt pass on the deal

I almost got a fiesta as a DD. But decided on a Nissan Versa as it was cheaper and left me money for mods.

Re: Who plans on keeping it forever?

shucks Cyclone....
This saves me money anyhoo after the guys insurance paid for the corolla and gave me 2K on top of that. I financed the Fiesta for 60 mos at 0% and have money to pay off a bill...then I can start saving to redo the interior and add my LED lighting to the underside

I was only going throw some 19's with spinners on it with a full set of hydraulics. I haven't seen the candy blue yet, but I'll take your word for it.

Friend has a focus with a fart can on it. I rip on everything about his car. Except that candy blue paint. It looks better fully washed and waxed js

Re: Who plans on keeping it forever?

That's 450hp/420ftlb Not as impressive as I thought it would be with a supercharger... That's 6hp more than our Boss 302 engine. Weak sauce.

yep....lucky aussies! The FPV Boss and the falcon UTE with a ton of horsepower (Ranchero), as well as the holden UTE...which may return here as the El Camino....keep an eye on chevy's new SS line...very similar to the holden

Re: Who plans on keeping it forever?

I know of the Holden Ute. They had plans to bring it to the US in the Pontiac brand under the G8 sub-badge before they axed the brand. I wanted it so bad. I would have bought one. Oh, and if the new "El Camino" shares the ugly as sin Caprice body, I wouldn't touch it with a 10ft pole.
