Re: Leaving town

I left for 10 days, when I came home my battery had 2 volts! I think it was my dash cam that may have drained it even though its off when car is off. Store it in a garage and unplug the battery (remove ground wire first then +). If you have rodent issues put steel wool in the exhaust. Its going to be warm so you shouldnt really need to do much else.

you can buy a battery tender (brand name) for a cheap price and leave it running on it if you want~

You should be fine, my brother left his mustang sit for 3 months during and Alaska winter while he was at basic, although I did start it about 2 months after he left and let it warm up all the way.
