sketchy webiste?

i have a 2013 v6 and have been looking for a gtcs grille to replace the stock one. i found an OEM gtcs grille from latemodelrestoration.com for $800(upper+lower) but i just found a different website that offers it for $610. the website is partscheap.com. i was wondering if anyone has ever bought anything from this website or if they have heard if its reliable?

Re: sketchy webiste?

Haven't bought anything from them but they don't seem sketchy at all.

Ya that's what I thought. I looked at some reviews and they seem to gave pretty good reviews

I order a LOT of stuff online for my job and what I've found is check the contact info. It's a MAJOR + if they are in the US. also call them. Talking to the customer service department will give you a good idea of the quality and how legit they are. If they don't have a contact phone or nobody picks up after 3 or 4 tries I wouldn't trust them.

Re: sketchy webiste?

If you want that, go to Ebay and search 2013 Mustang Billet Grill. You can get natural or black for around $250~ for 2 piece (upper and lower).

I saw that on eBay but I want like a replacement grille. Not just a bolt on

Re: sketchy webiste?

I got my genuine Ford cargo net from parts cheap and they did fast shipping and the part was from Ford and is perfect. They also sell Honda stuff. It is a good company. I still buy from American Muscle if they carry the things I want due to they support this forum and offer free shipping and a discount to forum members.

Hey could you touch upon the differences between the full replacement and grill? Thanks!

Re: sketchy webiste?

Some people sell an overlay. You basically just attach it over your existing grill. Most of those have pony and/or fog cutouts. These you remove your grill and install this one in it's place. I'll more than likely be getting that black grill soon myself, and putting a tri-pony on the driver's side. We shall see.

I had actually seen this a few hours before you posted it and was ready to buy until I saw Roush has the top grille for the 2013 available at the end of the month. The bottom available in October. It's twice the price but I love the look of the Roush grille and now I'm torn.

Wait so how much would the Roush grille combo cost? Over $1,000?

It's actually not bad around $420 for both...very reasonable.

Re: sketchy webiste?

I have the MCA upper and lower. Brand new in the packaging with the pony emblem too. I am considering selling them and would take $575 shipped for them which is what I have into it if anyone is interested. The pony emblem can be removed too as it is held on by two recessed screws into a mount that doesnt interfere with the bars so it is seemless.

I love the Roush grilles and really want those instead I think.

I was looking at the billet ones originally, but honestly every car I have owned that I put one on just looked like an add on grille and they never hold up well to the elements over time.
