'13 With a Ducktail

Saw this on AM's site... user submission.

Looks better than the '11-12s imo. Highly debating on getting this and the 12" racing stripes in matte black.

Re: '13 With a Ducktail

IMO, not a big fan of the ducktails. Especially on the 10'-13's and in white. Just stands out to much and doesn't flow with the rest of the car. But, just my two cents...

No, it's actually all 3M glued on. You don't even need to drill a single hole.

From the side it looks way better than the back. I'd prefer i to be about an inch shorter, but it's a nice change from most the spoilers out there.

Re: '13 With a Ducktail

I had a cdc ducktail on my 06 and it looked cool. I think the Cervinis one is a bit over the top but I like ducktails. I like the look of the cdc one on the 05 09 cars better but street scene also makes one... small pic but you can search google and you will probably fine a higher quality pic... Re: '13 With a Ducktail

Ya, I think the Cervinis one needs drilling too. It did for the 05-09 cars. I actually bought one but sold it once I saw the CDC brand one and never installed it. THe CDC one needed drilling and tape but honestly I never drilled and just used a ****load of Automotive grade 3M double sided tape and it held for years. I know the older Street Scene version of the Ducktail did not have any drilling at all and used only tape and it was similar to the CDC brand. Good luck with whatever you decide. I think it will look awesome on a GHIG car.

My favorite is still the GT500. Problem is, we V6'ers get ridiculed if we put stuff like that on our Mustangs. I may still opt for it though. Just saving up to buy one.

Don't get ridiculed for the styling, just the mis badging. I say go for it if it makes your car look better.

As long as theres no misbadge I couldnt care less. Im going with a GT500 front bump and Boss rear bump w/ the RTR lp surround and my GT is none of those, lol.
