Re: flowmaster super 10 series!!!

Never done it before, and please do post a vid! I have actually been planning on getting those for my truck within the next few weeks. I've heard these are pretty loud also.

Yup
And illegal in some states :p
Alabama only has a muffler requirement though, so it's all good

Mig or flux welder? The latter will be kinda messy, so be sure you keep it away from anything you don't want splattered. I would also try practicing on some spares pieces of exhaust pipe so you can get a feel for speed and amp settings. You don't want to burn through the pipe on your new mufflers.

Hey, let me know what you think of the sound they make on a V6, and how that BAMA Tune feels on the V6.

So it's just a muffler. Not like what you can get with the pipe so it's an easy install? If it sounds mean on your six ill look into them. Go on test subject lol

Once again sorry for the crappy vid quality
And just a reminder
I'm not done with the metal work
There are still metal pieces banging around creating that noise, so that's what that tacky noise is

Re: flowmaster super 10 series!!!

Got another question. How bright is the SHR push button start? It looks really bright in the video. Is it too bright?

I had the Ford Racing one in my old car but that one didnt light up.

Re: flowmaster super 10 series!!!

Cool. Thanks. Ya it looked really bright. lol. I had autometer cobalt series gauges that were that color and they were so damn bright at night I had to hook them up to my dimmer.

Ya louvers always seem to rattle. The 3m should help it a bit.

The 10 sounds like my straight piped setup except raspier. But it has a lower idle than the straight. Nice tail light tint
