Weld in h pipe and cats?

Would an exhaust shop be able to weld up and h pipe and some high flow cats to replace the stock mid pipe but make it to where I can swap them back out if necessary? Also how much would this cost? Would it just be cheaper to buy an mrt and have it installed?

They should be able to do it, but why not just just buy a catted H pipe? It is pretty much the same concept. And at that point it is just a clamp on so you should be able to swap it out whenever.

Easiest way is to buy a ready made part that is what you are looking for. Want something that is an H with high flow cats that bolts in and out:
