Changing Bama Tune

Good afternoon.

I'm getting ready to update my 2011 V6 with a new Bama Tune. I already have an update installed. I'm going to update the firmware on my device prior to doing the update.

Do I need to return my Stang to the factory tune with the device prior to updating the firmware and installing the new tune?

Thanks.

Yes. Return to stock first.

Then upload the new tune.

Everytime you put a new tune you have to go back to stock

wyzard,

These guys have pointed you in the right direction. Anytime you're uploading a new tune you want to return to stock first. We recommend this just in case there is a glitch during the upload we don't want you to loose you stock file!

I hope this helps, let me know if I can be of any assistance! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764.
