You could tap into the dome lights.

Got you. I guess I could, was trying to avoid going all the way up there . Was wondering if anyone knew of an easier place to get to. Plan on doing footwell lights and maybe some on the door panels.

LED Map lighting off of Americanmuscle.com looks so much better than the stock bulbs, also cheap and easy installation. Highly Recommended.

If it's an '06, you should probably post something up in the '05-'09 section. The wire colors could have changed when Ford switch over to the 2010 body style so we may end up giving you bad info.

Dont waste money on paying for installation. They are pretty simple to put in. Just pick up the 12v cig light adapter and run the wires under or add a fuse through the firewall.

Yellowconve, where did you get those? They look very good. I like how the Camaro has those as well. A buddy of mine has them in his RS.

Looks awesome! I've seen how the interior lighting is installed under the dash, but what did you use for the dash itself?
The lighting circling the dash gives it a great custom look.

Only problem I see is the wiring. What exactly did you wire it to? My dad always helped me with the electrical work but it does seem simple. Worth a try.

first u get the el wire it has 2 wires a ground and live wire. you could hook it up either by putting the red wire from the el wire to a fuse line that that can be bought at autozone real cheap . wire it to the fuse box by ur passenger foot well and the ground to a ground wire or make ur own . or if u want it with a switch like i got it you would wire it to the switch first then the fuse line then the red wire to the fuses in the footwell or battery direct. if u still need some help i can post a youtube vid of how the wiring should go. if u like.

My Mustang was a Base model when I bought it. Did weeks of researching to pull my project off.

I wired all of my LEDs myself. I also connected the Premium Instrument Cluster to take advantage of the lights in the gauges.

The door sills are the premium ones also and I wired them in Blue. All of the lights are wired to my daylight sensor as well.
