Nope unless you find some oem take offs from a GT the grill is the exact same.

So if I found a trashed 2011/12 GT or V6 I could take the fogs and they will fit on my 2012 v6? I thought it had to be a V6 because the front bumper is different? If this is true I will be making my way to the used parts dealer down the road, I saw 2 GT's on a flat bed roll in just the other day and it was pretty obvious that they weren't there for service.

'10-12 V6 require the whole bumper to be swapped for GT fogs, you must use a V6 fog kit to avoid that.

'13-14 use the exact same bumper across all but the GT500 trims. You can swap V6/CS/GT foglights across the board with simple bezel or grill changes.

Yes the Fog lights are pretty expensive, but IMO they're definitely worth it! I'm a huge fan of the fog lights on the 13' V6. Keep in mind you can use your 6% forums discount on all items you see on our site! We also offer price matching, so if you find an item cheaper elsewhere just let me know and we'll gladly match it!

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions! Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266.

Wait, I'm talking about the grill fog lights, not the lower fog lights. Can I buy the center fog lights and a gt grill and install the center lights and grille without having to replace the bumper?

---------- Post added at 03:32 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:30 PM ----------

if i get a new grille surround that fits the gt will it fit in with my v6 bumper?

But will the fog lights stay in the grill?

---------- Post added at 06:31 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:29 PM ----------

Or do I have to retro fit the fog lights or something.

Buy a kit. It will come with the grill, lights, mounting hardware, harness, and switch. I think that kit is around $500.

That's the stock gt grill. If you want something else, it's going to be work/money. You will need a harness and switch along with lights at a minimum if you are modifying another grill, like an mca grill.

Looks like the 302 and gt grill are the same for 13, difference seems to be the fog lights and fog light delete plates.

You'll need the dash switch and the wiring harness. That kit (around 300 bucks) is a great kit. Quality wiring harnesses, OEM fog housings and switch. I would'nt cheap out when it comes to electrical mods.

Yep, if you know what to get, you can find it in a local junkyard.
