Barton shifter/bracket

I found the barton shifter/bracket kit on AM and watched reviews on youtube. Sounds like a worthwhile upgrade to the stock set up. I wanted to see if anyone personally had this setup? Also, with the stiffer bracket and more force in the shifter, does anyone else see added wear to the shift linkage or internals of the transmission, or an I just paranoid? I would like the upgrade, but want the transmission to last as long as possible, which is more important as my car is a commuter first, a toy second, still planning on a few other mods though .

For the money, since the new Barton bracket is more expensive, just get the MGW. The new Barton bracket replicated theirs anyway. Also, unlike the Barton, MGW replaces the whole remote shifter guts, not just the shaft. Look and compare both before dropping that kind of money, but if I bought a setup today, it would be the MGW.
