The dealership can install Sync for you, but it will be pricey. Any dealer installed option is. I'd definitely look at aftermarket options first.

I have always been a fan of the blue ant products. I currently use a blue ant commute when I travel to put in rental cars and it works great. I think I payed around $100 for it, there are product video's on the blueant website to look at if your interested

Blue ant product works perfect

Look here:
Amazon.com: BlueAnt Supertooth 3 Bluetooth Hands-Free Speakerphone (Black): Automotive

I had this for my Mini when I had it. This one works perfect. It is easy to use and was very easy to hook up to my Bluetooth cell phone.
