The thing is if its painted .... It can technically be considered factory therefore I can't get ticketed for it. If its vinyl tinted then I can and I will have to remove it. But if its painted there is nothin to remove.

First off, nice pony. I'm in the process of blacking mine out.

You should get a bigger throttle body. AM has a BBK and it is nice. Believe it or not, some sticky summer tires make a big difference. I'd get some air bags for it. Don't deal with lowering springs or coil overs, bags are the way to go.

Good job on the Pypes, I have them and love them. Good luck on future endeavors.

Question, I just got my grille overlay like yours, but am having so much trouble removing the OEM grille. Any tips?

20% is crazy dark that only let's 20% of the light thru. I wouldn't go that dark and I also would not tint over the reverse lights. And do u got picks of your talls with lights on and off ?

I won't mess with the TB until I go FI. My car came stock with summer track tires. I also ordered some 275/35/19's for the rear today how and wear would I get bags? I'm about to order a set of springs in a couple of days.

On the grille I just followed the instructions on AM. Some of the clips are hard to come out thou. You will need a couple of flathead screwdrivers to help you out. You have to force them but not too much. I did and you will break a few of the tabs, but a couple won't hurt, just don't break them all.

Why not? I got the bigger TB to go with my headers and exhaust and it makes a big difference. To each his/her own, though. Just an idea.

Good site for bags is airbagit.com. Just email them and for less than the price of coils, you can have fully adjustable ride height. They're pretty cool and quite familiar with Pony's. Don't go just springs, could cause future damage. You need shocks and struts with those springs. Along with a few other pieces. Bags are the way to go.

I tried following the instructions too, but stopped when I felt I was doing too much damage. I was putting cuts into the vehicle mounts for the grille on the body. You're saying if I just keep going, it'll come out? I'd get one or two out, but they'd keep falling right back in after a few. Was it still a tight fit after you broke a few. The side ones won't give at all...

The sides are a b1tch lol. And the same happened to me with them sliding back in that's why I said get a few screwdrivers. Leave a screwdriver in one then go to the next one and so on.

Yea , I would personally go with Gears because with Ataks it's loud enough! With gears your car will pull so much harder!

Honestly I just thought about it. Do you have a tuner? If not that should be your first mod.

How much is it for gears, everything I need, and install? (a comfortable price, even if it's high)
