I dont think he's doing anything aero to his tires. He's altering wind resistance, not surface traction.

+1, this is making my bottom flat, not letting it drag on the ground...

If I hit water that high, I would be more concerned about ripping my splitter off or driving into a flood. I do not drive in deep waters especially 4+ inch water lol

Well, if you need to get across a lake for some reason, you can now add a front tow hook and pay a boat $20 to take you across.

This is just a glimpse of the rear end, which really shows the point of the under tray. All of these little things hanging down help slow us down. Whether reducing the force holding us back while we cruise (mpg) or the little parachutes that slow us on the drag strip/race track, it makes the vehicle more difficult to travel through the air. Hence why real performance cars, the Ford GT, Audi R8, so on have them already built on professionally.

Got my oil change done today, getting it started. She is on jacks and while I am out getting food, I am getting wood to help me get the car higher on the jack stands.

It's done! More details in a bit, but going to get bricks today in the Mustang gave me 31 mpg to the main place, 26 mpg carrying 450+ lbs of bricks in the trunk, then 36.5 going back (fully warmed engine) and after loading, my mpg gauge didn't reset, so including the drive there I got 31.7 mpg.

Well, with a cold engine heading to the same spot, I banged out 39.7 mpg with the heat on, the engine being cold, and it being colder outside. So far, so good. Images to come, out to dinner now.

Dimensions for boards

FRONT: 3 foot and 2 inches or or 38 inches by 30 inches

LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE PIECES: 6 food 3 inches by 2 feet

REAR: 54 inches by 48 inches

Everything fit great and attached easily. I would like to get back under and attach it more securely. I had one zip tie break, and another slid off while driving, but it would only scrape the ground if doing under 35 ish mph. Replaced, and fine. Doing a larger trip tomorrow and filling up. Between the cold, snow, and moving 945 lbs of brick, I think this tank may fall under 30 mpg.

I also have almost finished my antenna replacement. Another thread, though.

Those past two posts were uploaded with my mobile and I just finished editing. Ha, if it wasn't for people being legally obligated to remove those signs after the election and having zero resale value, I would have felt bad for stealing them. Made my grille blocks out of them, too lol
