Mirrors.

How do you take off the mirror covers of a 11-12 mustang. I tried briefly and it felt like I was about to break it. Please explain please! Time is free, money is not.

Probably by taking the plastic cover on the inside off... I suspect there are bolts

They just pop off I used a flat head screw driver with duct tape around the screw driver to keep from scratching it

This also might help... I've found a lot of good stuff in here...

The exploded parts view of most of the new stang along with some interactive parts.

Sometimes it is hard finding it in there though.

I think even torque settings are somewhere.
