I had the base model switch. I made a thread where I bought the auto headlamp one and made a tutorial on how to install it. Easy peasy, and I have auto headlamps now. My fog option on it is dead, which this harness will fix.

The switch is less than $30. That is no where near $189.

Ford dealer, Tousley Ford's website... probably even a parts house. Just get the one with automatic headlights. Rockauto.com as well.
