It depends where you live. We have a fairly broad selection of climates. Toronto this year has been very mild, barely dipping below freezing for much of winter. We were still in the mid 60's in December. Lol.

OP, if you like the 18's what's wrong with the 19's? If you have a need and want for the 18's then the 19's would be fine. Other than the rims, the tires are black in color made of rubber. The tires all look pretty much the same. Clearly, wider the tire the better handling the car will get when cornering but to look at the tires, they pretty much look the same 17, 18, 19, Unless I'm missing something here.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, if someone likes the 18 inch tires then how can you not like the 19 inch?

Kona, you're right. But you missed the part that I said about not being sure how much I like the 19" rim styling. Also, Siber made a great point about how they handle even in frost/fog which does happen here in the AM during winter months. It might be an issue during morning commutes in winter here.

Okay. That makes sense now. My bad. Lol. Actually, I'm trying to think what the rims look like on the 18 inch wheels compared to the 19 inch wheels. So there not the same wheel just in a bigger style? Anyone got a picture of the two? I figured they were the same wheels just a bigger size.

Don't have a pic handy, but the 18's are multi-spoke. (Like 10 or so) fairly full looking rims. Polished aluminum or painted. The 19's are 5 spoke, combo polished/painted black aluminum.

I just found the two pictures of the two and of course its just an opinion but the 19 inch wheels are sweet looking. Really like them.

I love your 19's. That would be my pick if I was going to upgrade to wider tires.

Wow! 19's look awesome on the Gray! Don't like them as much on the red or blue, but that looks stunning.

I think those 19's would rock out on deep impact blue. That would be my vote for you. Lol. The performance package with those 19's.

One mod I will most definitely do if I go with the MCA package is remove the tape stripe. I know you can't order that package without it, but I think they look tacky. Not for me. It can't be that hard to get rid of it... I hope.

Are you talking about the striping that runs across the bottom on the drivers and passenger side door?

Yes, that stripe . The thin "mustang club of America" one, not the thicker "mustang" one. Although I'm not a big fan of either.

Oh yeah, looks kind of cheesy. We got that package with the spoiler and the striping. When we got the car there was no striping on it and we were happy with that. I don't like that particular striping that reads Mustang going across the bottom. Very cheesy looking.

Perhaps I'm a little partial because I have Kona Blue in color but I think the Deep Impact blue is the nicest of the colors along with Kona. Lol. Of course there very similar in color. Followed by Race Red. Even the GHIG has really grown on me. At first I was not a fan but now, I think it really rocks out in that green.

The kid in me loves the green. But I think for daily living it would get old and kinda cheesy over time. I think DI blue is super classy... Also very sexy. It's a timeless colour. I'm thinking that with the saddle leather... Mmmmmm, ya that's nice .

My vote for you. Deep impact blue, PP so you get those 19's and saddle leather seats. Smoking baby.

Not a bad setup!

I have to say that the pony package rims shine more and offset the DI blue a little bit nicer. They kind of sparkle.

But the PP is useful in other ways, not just cosmetic. So ya... I just need to drive both and see.

I like the 17s because I like the look of the wheel wells. Looks more like the body has been raised.

I like the 10-11 Pony Package wheels over the present ones, my 2010

I was not a fan of the 13's performance package wheels in pictures, but they do look awesome on the car.
After having a Grabber Blue car, I was looking at Got to Have it Green and got pulled over on the test drive. Got to Have it Green turned into Got to Have a Ticket so I went with Sterling Gray, but Deep Impact Blue was close on the list.

That's what is was going for originally but the base model. Fell in love with red candy Apple metallic. Choosing the colour was the hardest part, they look great in any colour!

That's gonna look badass Mike. I like the chrome saleens too.

I used to love black rims on darker cars but it seems everyone has been going that route. I've been digging the metallic/charcoal or chrome look lately

I have the 2013 V6 Premium, DIB w/Pony Package and Saddle Leather - there are some pictures of it in my garage here on ME.

The extras I added were backup camera, heated seats (comfort package), and remote start. At this point I consider the peace of mind from the backup camera essential.

Of the extras I added I would buy them all again. I wanted to get the Shaker Pro Audio, but $1295 is a bit much in my opinion. Might upgrade it someday, but the standard Shaker audio is not bad.
