I didn't think you was suppose to put clear on them cause it traps the heat? Just something I heard.

If it was an enamel paint, it already has clear in it.

You do not put clear coat on them. Brake dust eats away clear. This was done with the duplicolor brush on kit.

You'll have enough from that Dupli-Color kit to do 2 to 3 more cars! I still have enough left for touch up (when I rotate tires) after doing my sons car, my F150, and now the Mustang.

Great product.

IMO, no matter what color your car is, there's something about red calipers that make the car complete. I'm not a big fan of matching them with the car, but rather making them pop.

Needless to say, I'll be doing my red on the Spring.

Doesn't seem like a lot of good choices for deep blue, might just have to go red

I say black. That's what I'll probably end up going with. I've seen some good reviews on the G2 brush-on kit so I'll probably use that whenever I get around to painting them.

Im thinking about painting my calipers. My stang is race red. I think red calipers usually look good but im thinking that might be a little to much red. Ive narrowed it down between red and black though.

I bought 2 when I did my F-150 and I did the rotors and Calipers on the front and rear and had most of the the second can left.
Remember to those that show, Painting your brakes a very visible color can draw attention to all the parts in the wheel well, so extra cleaning might be in order before a show (reason why I always went with Cast Iron of Black).
