Dyno

So I got my driveshaft installed about a week ago and now I'm interested in getting my car dyno'd. How much should I expect to pay? What's a reasonable price?

I did some research and was finding that you can expect to pay around $75 for 3 pulls or for the hour. Really depends on the place. If your looking to get a dyno tune made then its another story.

That's not too bad. Thanks for the response.

Cool that's pretty much with I have, I'll have the driveshaft on Tuesday. Let us know the outcome of your dyno run.

You should gain 10-15HP that was lost from the gay heavy two piece driveshaft. Ill be getting one next month custom made for my car. Hopefully all goes well and i can have it installed within 6weeks

Did you go with an aluminum or carbon drive shaft? I'm trying to make that decision this week but I'm not sure what is better for the drag strip

Aluminum. I got a great deal on it from CFM and it was shipped to me the next day (since they are only about 2 hours north of me). Very impressed with the new DS. Car drives so much smoother and overall just makes it feel more peppy. Also revs up a lot quicker when your WOT.

That was exactly what I was quoted. Unfortunately the shop's dyno is down and I have to wait till next week.
