What is the hybrid tune? And is it just for newer cars or is it new and just wasn't available when I got my tuner?

I'm running a 91 hybrid tune and its freaking wicked. It's the most aggressive and powerful tune that American Muscle makes. It's more aggressive than the race tune. The hybrid tune is a cross breed between the best of the race tune combined with the best of the street tune. Which means this. You get the most aggressive power down low from the street tune, you get max mid range power like the performance tune and max power from high range like the race tune. Also the hybrid tune gives you the most aggressive throttle response of all the tunes. This hybrid tune will knock your ball sack to the back seat faster than a stripper working a pole.

In order for them to give you a hybrid tune you have to write in the comments section PLEASE REPLACE THE RACE TUNE WITH 91 or 93 Hybrid tune. I also told them to make me the most aggressive throttle response setting possible. It's freaking awesome. I'm running that tune with my 3:73 gears, one piece aluminum driveshaft, CAI And Flowmaster exhaust system. Love that tune.

Does that mean you have a separate tune for the most aggressive throttle response possible or you asked them to make your hybrid tune as aggressive as possible? Just want to clarify so I know how to word it when I order it.

I just wrote in the comments that for the street, performance and hybrid tune please make the most aggressive throttle response possible and would like a zero lag throttle response for all three tunes. AM is awesome .

Has anyone asked for a maximum fuel efficiency tune for road trips? I'm thinking I'm going to use the hybrid tune 99% of the time and was trying to think of other tunes that I would ever consider using.

I don't see why you couldn't have AM make you a fuel efficient 87 street tune for your long road trips and the other two tunes very aggressive. You would just have to put that in the comments section. Please make a highly fuel efficient 87 street tune or something to that effect. Lol

Just to clarify: I just talked with someone at AM, and the hybrid tune is only available for 05-newer mustangs.

Our Street tune is very fuel efficient and has great throttle response. The Hybrid or Race tune is more gear towards performance. The nice part is all of our tuners can hold multiple tunes, so you can choose whichever one works best for your taste!

Bro, I can't wait. I'm really excited about it. I can't wait to hear the engine and exhaust when open on full throttle. I really like my Flowmaster exhaust system. I got the ceramic ones too to keep it way cooler. On a side note I ordered a stripping package of the Boss 302. The hood that bumps out will be white. The sides will be white and text cut out that's reads 305 HP. The sides will be exactly like the Boss 302 but will not say Boss 302. I got the letters cut out to read 227. The white strips look awesome on Kona Blue.
