Need input on next mod

I'm torn between buying a tuner or lowering springs and panhard bar. Please help me decide what to purchase!

My pony is completely stock with exception of short shifter.

A tuner will wake her up
How many miles are on her?

If warranty is no issue go with Tuner, if u can afford it buy the Tuner and CAI combo! Steeda is the best i think or MMR

One will void your warranty, the other won't so if those are the only two choices I would personally rather keep the warranty Im paying for, for as long as possible, so springs+phb, but Id get dampers too before install.
