Hit by accident

So as I'm driving to work some dude cuts in front of me and to avoid him I turn left and my passenger mirror is the only thing that got hit... Not much real damage to it other then a scratch... I tryed to stick it back with 3m tape but its freezing any ideas? There aren't screws or anything... Here's pictures... And on a good note found a 2012 GT with really nice graphics... My color yay and parked in between 2 stangs!

3m should do the trick but you'll need to wait till its not freezing outside.

You were lucky! This could have been a thousand times worse!

Wow, sorry to see this. But it sounds like it could of been much worse.

The double sided 3m automotive tape should do the trick. If it's cold, try warming the surface first with a heat gun or your girlfriends blow dryer...

If you don't have a heatgun, use a blowdryer. Make sure you keep it moving so you don't damage the paint or plastic. Also, very important! Before applying the 3m tape, wipe area with Isopropyl Alcohol or Rubbing Alcohol. If you don't have either of those use Ultra Dawn dishsoap with warm water, rinse and dry well, then apply the 3m tape!
BING BODDA BING! You're good to go!

Well, maybe you could try cleaning up both sides and putting silicone caulk
to hold it.You will need to tape it to hold it in place unti it dries
I can't see why this wouldn't work. Its waterproof and strong when it dries.

ebay. The auto recyclers (boneyard/junkyards) post these all the time for sale.

Here's an example of one on ebay right now for a hundred bucks:

+1 use epoxy, its waterproof, and wheather resistant. If it happens again your door will rip off before your mirror. Lol
