Shorty headers vs. Long tube?

As some of you may have seen sometimes in march there will be short headers for our 3.7L v6s. I was wondering what are pros and cons? and which are better in your opinion?

LTs are pretty much better all around. But if you are like me where you have tough smog laws then shorties would be best so you can do an o/r midpipe and swap it out for smog, because LTs are a ***** to install and take out.

Shorties are great for replacing a cracked stock exhaust header, or for dressing up the engine department. Long tube are what's going to help wake up the engine exhaust for sure.

Shorties do not offer any substancial performance gain. Again, better than stock, and easy to install.
