Dealership paperwork?

I recently had some work done on one of my headlights on my 2012, if I visit another dealership, will they be able to see that in their system?

They should, especially if it pertained to warranty work. That is logged in Fords database in case you are out of town with the vehicle, and need additional work done to the previous service.
It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

Yep, Gotta love the computer age we live in.

All of your information for your Ford goes into the big giant FORD computer and is accessed and updated every time you visit your genuine Ford dealer. That is how they know if you have had warranty work or anything else done to your car such as service etc.

Not only Ford does this but all car company's like to keep track of the things they sell or do.
