Suspension ISOs??? Help

Alot of people have talk about taking out their ISOs and it puts them lower. What are ISOs and what do they do? Whats the cons of taking them out???

Spring isolators, they are a small piece at the bottom of your springs. All you have to do is take your springs out, pop them off and put them back in... You should put something like electrical tape around the bottom of the springs though so that you don't get tons of squeaking. Removing them will lower your car a little, but not a whole lot.

I'd say around .3 maybe .5
