Techron is a fuel cleaner; some may refer to it as a fuel additive, because you add it to the fuel, but its intent is to clean the fuel system.

One bottle, poured into the gas tank (you'll need the special funnel Ford provided) the next time you gas up. One bottle treats up to 24 gallons (no worries by using a whole bottle in our smaller gas tanks). It is recommended by the manufacturer to use every 5 thousand miles.

Gas companies such as Shell and Mobil have techron in their gas mix. I still pour a bottle in every 4K. Been using it in my 2005 F150 since new; it has 212K on it now, and I've never had a fuel problem with the truck. I use it in my 2011 Mustang; it has 43K and runs great as well.

No worries to those that don't believe in additives. There are certain products I don't use as well. Techron however is one I do use, and will continue to use.

It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

Actually I didn't say 4 out of 5 agree, and your one of those that don't agree.

Where are you getting 94? Our petrocan here in alberta only does 91. Hell only husky has 92 and that's mostly an ethanol blend bs. I can't get anything higher than 91.

Montreal, its called ultra 94 only from Petro Canada. Google it, I surprised you don't have it out your way?! It's funny that it says only available in Alberta and Ontario but yet we have it out here in montreal?! It also goes by the web name superclean 94 but on the pump itself it says ultra 94.

Highest "standard" in AZ is 91. In UT highest is 89. I could probably find a "speciality" place that has higher, but 91 is the norm here for premium
