Panhard Bar ? Which one?

Should I go with a steel or aluminum adj panhard bar? Also do you guys recommend a certain brand? I was thinking about gettin steeda since I have their Cai and I plan on gettin matching phb, support brace, and control arms.

Adj bro I have the J&M brand same as their Adj LCA
