Cold air filter?

Anyone else have a problem with their cold air intake filter tapping on the surrounding metal?

Cold Air intake Filter vibrating

it's making a horrible noise since it vibrates against the metal in the engine compartment. Any ideas on how to fix?

It sounds like a wood pecker is dying up in there

Everything should be bolted down and shouldn't touch anything else. Also my steeda has rubber grommets in between the metal on the Cai and the body of the car.

I've never had that problem, what brand do you have? Is It mounted at the correct angle on the intake?

Well the thing is the surround isn't exactly a tight fit. I'm 98.5674% positive we did everything correct. We didn't have full directions but looked at pictures and a youtube video

Cool.

It's bad y'all! Any suggestions?

Does anyone have directions to the C&L intake?

Or know how to build a surround?

We were missing the 2nd the page and American Muscles guide cuts off the 2nd page.
