Keep in mind the louder a V6 gets the more obvious it is that its not a V8

I know it will never sound like a v8 I just want it to be louder but obnoxious sounding. I want it to have a nice rumble and tone

Depends which one you buy. By before you buy check out YouTube to see which sound you like most, check v6 videos because itll sound a bit different. But a nice clean and deep tone would be borla's.

Also more expensive though.

I've heard some nice systems that started as roush axle backs and then moved to headers and such. I have roush axles and they are usually hit or miss on this forum but Ive got a ton of compliments even at lights I laugh because they think I'm a v8

You can just put the cats on when you want them and take it off when you want more power free (all times)

+1 I put some resonators on my set up on Saturday to tone out the roush rasp but it made it a lot more quiet than I'd like so they are coming off this week. As it turns out I like the rasp and the rip your face off wot sound! I shouldn't have messed with it! Lesson learned don't try to tame the beast!

Get 16 or 18resonators. I went quiet cause I'm going uncatted H. I need all the rasp absorption I can get. It's deep though but I miss the snarl

I have 18" too but technically 22". I thought well, it's deep, just keep em on there. But the rasp is gone lol
