2014 trunk emblem removal?

i tried looking to see if anyone has done it but had no luck. Has anyone been able to remove the pony circular logo on the trunk? i want to fabricate my own logo but don't want to start it without knowing how to take it off lol.

thanks.

Look under 10-14? It's the sane thing. No? I thought it was a pry off one time thing.

It looks like this under the Pie Plate emblem

I just heated mine up with a hair dryer and used a screw driver to get it started and a wood popcycle stick to pry around it to get it off.

Just take your time and try not to scratch the paint.

Prying off the round rear center emblem can be a bit of a pain...they use a good amount of the good two sided tape to hold it on, and in the center, there are three guide pins to center it, so using the fishing line or floss trick will only get you to the center from all around. It will work and come off, but it takes some time and paitience.

Getting just the center piece off requires the emblem removal, as there are 5 melted pins that have to be drilled out from the back side to get the center off.
