Is this normal..?

So I picked up my new 2014 V6 /w the performance pack about 2 weeks. I first noticed this about a week ago, and then pretty much forgot about it. Now after popping the hood once more, I'm more concerned. Is this normal from the heat of the engine? I don't know if this happens with everyone's this early or if this is more serious. It's quite the eye sore if I open the hood. Engine has roughly 440 miles on it btw. Should I take it to the dealer and be pissed off or is this expected after a certain mileage? Thanks In advance. I hope this isn't too severe.

You may know what part that picture is of "BUT"

I don't think anyone looking at it does. Do a better photo and explain what part of the car it is.

If it is what I might think it might be it is not really supposed to look like that at all.

I would go to the dealer and let them look at it.
