easy and cheap upgrades?

I have a 2014 v6, just looking to upgrade it a bit to get a little more... pep?

Is there some easy things i can do myself at home? or even not so expensive over $1000 upgrades to get done at the mechanic.

Thanks.

A tune will give ur car a lot more pep! IMO it's the best 1st mod but that's gonna run u at around $370 not sure how inexpensive u were looking at! Plus it may void warranty in the future if that's something ur worried about.

not so expensive upgrades
I don't think "Not so expensive really exists. But saving up to do top quality modification's that you can do your self or with a friend or two does exist.

Just think of what you want to do first, A set of axle back or Cat back Mufflers would be your best choice. You want it to sound like a Mustang should. Don't You? Second thing to do is put on a good oil catch can, It won't make your car any faster but it will stop sludge from building up inside of your engine. Next would be a CAI (With or without a tuner) That would be your choice as to how you use your car.

The best advise I can give you is not to just throw a bunch of cheap crap on your car but to save up until you can buy good thought out items that not only look or sound good but will last the life of your car.

+1 on no "cheap upgrades" & to not throw a bunch of cheap stuff on it. Save up & make the upgrades worth it! Anyone here can tell u modding gets EXPENSIVE so save up & ill be worth the wait!

Not sure if you have one of the packages but the color coded mirror covers look nice!

If you're already set then maybe the third brake light blinker circuit.

Define what "not so expensive" is. For some people thats $100, for others it might be $500 or more.

BBK throttle body - $399, Catbacks - between $479 and $1000 tuner - $379 and a CAI - $269 and $390. I mean those are the ones I'm going with. I'm waiting on the throttle body and tuner.
