Flowmaster Outlaws on a 2014 Mustang V6

I heard this on one V6 and I was very impressed. My question though is this; is it only a size of pipe difference that make it for a gt or is there something about them with back pressure that isn't good for the V6? I think I know the answer but me not knowing a lot about cars I just want to make sure. Thanks.

Believe it's just the piping size and maybe the angle. People run GT500 mufflers on the v6 so back pressure isn't an issue

Pipe size. If you purchase a GT axleback set of mufflers, you'll need a muffler shop to cut off the pipes from the back of those mufflers and weld on the ones from your stock set so that they can clamp onto the pipes leading to the engine.

As these guys said, it's just about pipe size and fitment. You'll be fine running this exhaust on your v6!
