No more sc

I read today they might be dropping the Shelby Name and the supercharger

And going with svt with there new 5.2 motor
And calling it a cobra less power but also alot lighter
But this all could be B S
Because I also read that Shelby made a deal with ford to make gt500s till 2020
Maybe both are coming out idk

Could be. I'll bet Ford stops carrying Shelby through dealers. But Shelby will make and sell GT 500's through Shelby American. This will allow Ford to sell a turbo ecoboost type and help them with meeting CAFE standards. But you can still get a Shelby.

I would think they'd go turbo since they could use a smaller engine and gets some decent HP. Also a higher mpg rating, not necessarily in practical use, but on paper.

I could see that! Then again I'm not so sure they will be interested in mpg. Going back what you said I definitely think turbos are the future of cars. But for a current cobra who knows!
