Did you remember to transfer the rubber isolators from the bottom of your stock airbox over to your CAI heatshield?

Are there any open or uncapped tubes on the new CAI? Automatics require a tube from the air intake tube to the automatic transmission; if yours is a manual transmission, this tube requires a cap (usually included with the CAI). Check all connections, both tube and electrical.

If all looks good, contact the manufacturers tech support ASAP. Don't drive it this way, as it could perhaps cause damage, and a warranty claim could be voided because of this aftermarket mod install.
It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
