Question can i .....

Can I fit bigger tires for the front and rear of my 2013 mustang 3.7 V 6 and keep the factory wheel.

You can, but you'd be limiting yourself.
The tires are half (in my case, more) the cost of the full setup, why not upgrade the wheels while you're at it?
It'd give you a chance to customize your ride, and make it stand out from the rest.

Not really. If your are talking about a wider tire then I'm pretty sure it won't work. The depth of you rim will only alot for tires so wide

What are the dimensions of the wheels on the 12 performance package? (I know they are 19" but 19x what?) And what do you guys recommend replacing the stock pzeros with?

The Performance package wheel on the 2013 are 19X8.5 and I believe they are the same width on the 11-12, and even with that I am going to put a 275/40 19 Continental DW on all 4 corners when the Pirelli's wear out
