I don't think there is much you should know besides enjoying it. If you want to mod it, there are some things better than others. Otherwise, love your pony.

Pros: everything. And the premium interior is amazing. Love my black leather. The only con for non performance packages are the 2.73 gears.

Oh yes! Those gears should have never been standard for ford, I know I know mpg but its a mustang! If anything they should have been an option and the 3.31 should have been standard! My 2.73s will be coming out soon for some 3.73s.

Biggest con is the 2:73 gears. That's why I installed 3:73 gears in my 11v6. Sweet ride. Mazol Tov to your new beautiful pony.

Congrats on your new 2014 Mustang! There's not much for you to know, except to enjoy the new ride. These 3.7 v6 engine are extremely stout. I wouldn't anticipate any issues!

They work out amazing. I had recently installed 3:73 gears into my 11 v6 and it was worth every penny. Huge difference! Get them. You will not regret

My first mustang as well ( v6 premium). I love my car, I've only swapped out the shift knob so far. It's hard to change perfection!

I ended up going with 3.55's because I do alot of highway driving. Hopefully ill still be able to feel the performance from 2.73 to 3.55 right?

That's a relief. I heard they were all 3.55 stock and I was like we'll, there goes any chance I had off the line. Lol
